Vivo X60 Pro performance review. The first play on this device is also amazing. Even using a 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processing chip, which has lower power than the Snapdragon 888 – playing first on this device is fun. The Snapdragon 870 is great enough to compete with the base model Snapdragon 888 device. The Snapdragon 870 is capable of running firsts like the Genshin Impact at high settings without any problems. But the performance gets a bit stuck and after 30 minutes of play, the device starts to heat up. The setting in the middle is able to run for several sessions and after 30 minutes the device is just warm and not so hot.

But on the Snapdragon 888 device, only 10-15 minutes the device has already started to heat up. This proves that this chip is quite powerful. The Snapdragon 870 is designed based on the Snapdragon 865+. The Snapdragon 888 still has temperature issues, where the Snapdragon 870 does not. The same goes for playing Asphalt 9, where after over 1 hour of playing with high settings the device is just lukewarm. It started to heat up after 2 hours of play. On a Snapdragon 888 device with the same debut, 30 minutes of Asphalt 9 is already starting to heat up.

The Vivo X60 Pro proved to be among the most powerful devices of the year and no problem to play first. If the first is no problem, daily use on this device is also no problem. Everything went smoothly and was good enough for any activity or task.

The thing that made me frustrated using this device was, the engine is very weak vibration. The vibration on this device is so bad, so annoying that I don’t want to type on this device. The vibration on this device is like the vibration on a beginner class device.

Bench mark

The technology benchmark are also very great. At first I was a bit surprised because this device when tested with the AnTuTu app, it got a higher score than the Snapdragon 888 device. But after several tests, including using cooling accessories to test at the most optimal temperature – this device got a still high score but we as users can see the difference between the greatness of Snapdragon 888 vs Snapdragon 870. It should also be noted that optimization on the software is also important.
