America is officially blocking TikTok and WeChat starting September 20

The drama about the TikTok application in the United States seems to have reached its final stage, because the US Department of Commerce officially said it would block access to TikTok starting September 20. Not only TikTok, but this also applies to the WeChat app.

in response to the decrees of the President Trump signed August 6, 2020, the Department of Commerce today announced bans on transactions relating to mobile applications  and WeChat in TikTok for safeguard the national security of the United States. The Chinese Communist Party has demonstrated the means and the motivation to use these applications to threaten national security, foreign policy and economy of bans announced by USA Today, when combined users, protect the US eliminating access to those applications and to reduce so significant functionality.

In addition to the above statement, the US government also ensures that it will ban all activities using the TikTok and WeChat application media.

Of course, the TikTok and WeChat applications will also disappear from the App Store and Google Play on Sunday, so users cannot download or update.

However, TikTok was given until 12 November to resolve this privacy issue. If this problem is resolved, then the possibility of the ban will be lifted.
